A Tulsa man was arrested for outraging public decency Sunday evening, June 11. Police said Jason Thomas Walton exposed himself to a woman.
Officers were called to the 400 block of East 2nd Street after the woman reported the incident, but police couldn't find Walton. They got another call of a disturbance a few blocks away, found and took him into custody there.
The woman identified him as a man she saw lying on the ground. As she walked by him, she said Walton yelled. When she turned around, he stood up and pulled his pants down, the arrest report states.
Court records show the 24-year-old Walton has a history of convictions for public intoxication, obstructing an officer, and driving under the influence.
