Wagoner County deputies arrested a 64-year-old Okay resident, seized methamphetamine and a loaded rifle while serving a search warrant Friday.
Sheriff Chris Elliott says the man was identified as Jarrett Fleetwood.
Elliott says since he took office last July, his deputies have conducted 12 drug-related search warrants resulting in numerous arrests as well as the recovery of drugs, stolen property and multiple firearms.
Friday's search followed another drug-related search in Okay on Thursday.
“This makes the second search warrant in the last 48 hours served by the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office, and we will continue to keep the pressure on drug dealers or would be drug dealers in Wagoner County,” said Sheriff Chris Elliott.
Jarrett Fleetwood was booked into the Wagoner County jail on complaints including possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony.
