Tulsa's Great Raft Race Early Bird Registration Ends May 31

The third year of the Great Raft Race's revival is set to kick off the morning of September 4, 2017, and registration is going on right now. 

But, to take advantage of the early bird registration pricing, you'll need to act fast because the deadline to save $10 on registration fees per person is May 31. 

The event, called the Great Raft Race Revival, returned in 2015 after taking a two-decade hiatus, and last year's event saw 200 rafts of all shapes, sizes and designs float the eight-mile trip down the Arkansas River.

Hundreds of spectators line up along the river to watch the race, which wraps up with an after party at River West Festival Park on the river. Admission is free to the party but organizers urge attendees to bring lawn chairs and a blanket.
