The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Pawhuska woman was driving under the influence when her SUV went of the road, landing next to Bird Creek near Sperry Friday afternoon.
Troopers identified the driver as 48-year-old Tammy Miller.
The OHP report says the crash on 86th Street North just east of Lewis happened at 4:10 p.m.
Troopers said Miller was headed east on 86th Street North when her 1999 Ford Explorer went off the road, hit a guardrail and rolled, coming to rest on its top next to the creek.
The Sperry Fire Department got her out of the SUV using a 'Jaws of Life' tool.
The OHP says Miller was admitted to a Tulsa hospital with head and internal injuries.
