A Broken Arrow man was arrested Saturday on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill after the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said he shot at two people on the Creek Turnpike just west of Memorial Road.
David Douglas Soi, 31, chased and harassed the two victims a little after 6 p.m. on May 6 after the pair attempted to leave a home in Broken Arrow to avoid a domestic situation, troopers said.
Soi fired a gun at the victim who was sitting in the passenger seat, the victims told the OHP.
After interviewing the victims, troopers got a positive identification of Soi from the victims and they arrested Soi at about 11:30 p.m. on May 6 at the Will Rogers Downs Casino in Claremore, troopers said.
He remains in the Tulsa County jail.
