A Broken Arrow man was arrested Friday on multiple counts of possession of child pornography, online court records show.
Keith Norman Mrozinski was charged April 27, 2017, with three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of aggravated possession of child pornography.
Aggravated possession of child pornography is defined by Oklahoma law as the possession of 100 or more images of child pornography.
Mrozinski's arrest came after online investigators traced the download of multiple child pornography files to the IP address of a Broken Arrow residence, according to an affidavit. The investigation began in early October, the affidavit states.
Mrozinski told investigators that he'd received a dishonorable discharge from the Marine Corps after he was convicted of child pornography possession and that he'd served time in a military prison for the crime, the affidavit states.
He also told investigators he is a registered sex offender and that he'd installed software on his computer to obtain files of child pornography, some involving girls as young as 12, the affidavit shows.
After obtaining a search warrant, investigators found evidence at Mrozinski's home including more than 100 images of child porn, according to the affidavit.
