Tulsa Groundbreaking Planned For Flats On Archer

More than 60 apartments - along with shops and restaurants - are coming to the Brady Arts District. The group behind the Flats On Archer will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday at the corner of Boston and Archer. That's next to Hey Mambo.

The developers are longtime friends from Stillwater. This will be their first venture in Tulsa.

The Flats on Archer are expected to open in the summer of 2018.
