A Tulsa woman is going back to jail after a judge revoked her bond after she failed a drug test at a court hearing Monday, according to online court records.

Lindsey Erin Smith, 26, was charged in October with first-degree manslaughter after she hit a man walking across a street with her SUV in Brookside in late September.

Smith's vehicle hit the man as he was crossing the street in a crosswalk, but Smith continued to drive and dragged him down the street before she finally crashed into a bush.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Smith smelled strongly of alcohol and showed other signs of being under the influence, according to the arrest report.

Her bond has been set at $50,000 and arraignment has been set for December 19 at 9 a.m.
