Tulsa Mom Pleads Guilty To Child Neglect

A 45-year-old Tulsa woman charged with child neglect and hoarding animals waived her right to a trial and pleaded guilty.

Prosecutors charged Stacy Basden after police found her and her three children living in a shed behind a home surrounded by dead and dying animals.

In a police report, Basden was hoarding animals and providing for them instead of caring for her children.
