Tulsa police arrested a man accused of pointing a gun at an EMSA paramedic and pulling the trigger.

Donald Edward Scott was booked for attempted second-degree murder and numerous other charges with a bond set at $500,000 on Saturday.

Officers said the paramedic told Scott to put the gun down then tried to wrestle it from him. They said Scott pulled the trigger while it was pointed at the EMSA employee, but it didn't fire because the safety was on.
