Tulsa Man Arrested After Traffic Stop Leads To Chase

A Tulsa man is behind bars after running from police.

Tulsa police say just before 7:00 Friday night officer made a traffic stop in the 700 block of North Florence Avenue.

They said during the stop, a passenger in the vehicle ran.

Police said a perimeter was set up and a Tulsa Police K9 officer was called to help located the man.

Officers say the suspect, Clifton Robinson, was located hiding in a shed near the area.

He was taken to the hospital and treated for minor dog bites before being booked in the Tulsa County jail.

During the investigation, police discovered Robinson is currently on probation and had outstanding warrants for his arrest.
