Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. shredded beef short rib
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices smoked Gouda
  • 2 slices challah bread
  • 1 oz. caramelized onion

Procedure:

  1. Butter the outside of the challah bread. Please on grill.
  2. Place a slice of American cheese on each slice of challah.
  3. Positon 4 slices of gouda, 2 on each piece of bread.
  4. Grill challah bread till golden brown.
  5. Heat the shredded short rib on grill adding approx.. 1 tablespoon au jous to rib, cook till heated through, approx. 1.5 minutes.
  6. Top melted cheese with onions and short rib.
  7. Slice and serve.
