Police Search For Tulsa Man Charged With Robbery

Tulsa Police are seeking the public's help to locate a 24-year-old man charged second-degree robbery.

Police say Elvin Ibarrez is accused of forcibly taking a 2013 Ford Raptor from a victim during a robbery on October 12th. Court records show Ibarrez is suspected of robbing Jennifer Lopez of the truck.

Authorities said Lopez and three other people retaliated for the theft by kidnapping Wilmer Flores who was found dead along a road at the entrance of Mohawk Park October 12, 2016.

Lopez, Alejandro Guzman, Jose Flores and Adan Banuelos are charged with first-degree murder and other crimes in his death.
