Prosecutors say two more University of Tulsa students have come forward, saying fellow student Luis Molina touched them in their sleep.
Prosecutors filed two more sexual battery charges against Molina, bringing the total to 22; one of those charges is rape.
Police say Molina raped a woman who was unconscious and shot a video of it on his cell phone.
Police say all of the cases occurred in on-campus housing.
All the women who are victims are current or former athletes or roommates of one.
Police arrested Molina in San Antonio after TU suspended him.
They say Molina’s father flew to Tulsa from Mexico and the two headed south. Police believe they were making a run for the border.
Prosecutors say it’s an ongoing investigation and are asking any additional victims to come forward.
