Tulsa Police say a man called 911 after being shot Wednesday afternoon on the front lawn of his home.
EMSA told police they found the victim laying in his yard near 46th Street North and Boulder.
Police say the victim told them three men shot him.
Neighbors like Clifton Speed say they want the violence to stop.
"I've been over in this neighborhood I guess about 30 years, and I've been trying to get it together every day, you know? Man, it's just so hard out here. This is chaos," he said.
Police said the 22-year-old victim was shot once in the chest and is expected to survive.
