A Tulsa man pleaded guilty Tuesday to 23 charges including second-degree robbery, robbery with a firearm and eluding a police officer stemming from a July 2016 serial robbery spree in Tulsa, according to Tulsa County court documents.
Carlos Ladd, 35, pleaded guilty October 25, 2016, to all counts in Tulsa County District Court, to more than 20 robberies in Tulsa and one in Owasso, the arrest report states.
Ladd was arrested in July after police released a surveillance video showing Ladd robbing a cell phone store in the 1600 block of North Lewis on July 19, 2016.

Ladd pleaded guilty to multiple counts of robbery with a firearm, robbery with a dangerous weapon, attempted robbery with a firearm, second-degree robbery, second-degree attempted robbery, one count of eluding a police officer and one count of obstructing an officer.
