Tulsa Police arrested a fourth person Monday night, October 17, 2016, in the shooting death of a man at Mohawk Park.

Authorities said Adan Banuelos was with a group of people who kidnapped the victim from his apartment at gunpoint, took him to the park and shot him to death. Banuelos was booked on complaints of first-degree murder and kidnapping.

Wilmer Flores was found dead along a road at the entrance of the park October 12, 2016. Sergeant Dave Walker, TPD, said they believe Wilmer Flores was killed in retaliation after his brother stole a black Ford Raptor from the group of suspects charged in his death.

Alejandro Guzman, Jennifer Lopez and Jose Flores were arrested earlier in his death.  Walker said they had robbed several people and a restaurant earlier in the day Wilmer Flores was killed.

"Really no reason to shoot the guy, and they did. That's just the meanness and the violence that this group brought to Tulsa," Walker said.

Members of the Tulsa Fugitive Warrants unit had been watching Banuelos' house then followed his car to the 4500 block of North Lewis where he was taken into custody, according to Walker.
