Third Person Arrested Connected To Fight That Injured 9-Month-Old

Tulsa police arrested a third person connected to a dispute that left a child in critical condition.

Thursday, Tulsa police arrested LaBrandon Brown. He’s been charged with child neglect, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and first-degree burglary.

Jail records show he’s being held on a $150,000 bond.

Brown was arrested in connection to a fight that left a 9-month-old baby in the hospital.

Police say it started at the Meadows Apartments on October 5 when a group arrived to recover a stolen wallet.

Investigators believe Brown kicked in the front door which led to a fight. During the fight, the baby was hit in the head with a metal pipe.

The baby is still listed in critical condition.

Police are still searching for Cortney Cole.

Jordan Morrow and Joshua Hunt have also been arrested.
