- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 - 4 oz chicken breast
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 cup of lemon cream sauce
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/8 lemon for garnish
- pinch of fresh parsley for garnish
Pound chicken breast between plastic sheets til it's very thin cutlets.
Dredge in flower and saute in butter. Add capers (and mushrooms if desired), stir fry.
Mix other ingredients together for cream sauce. Watch video above for more.
