The candidates for president squared off in their second debate Sunday night.

But the nation's top job isn't the only thing Oklahoma voters will decide on November 8.

For the November 8 general election, there will be seven state questions on the ballot.

Two of them involve teacher pay raises and alcohol sales.

Members of the Tulsa Young Democrats and Tulsa Young Republicans held separate watch parties for Sunday's debate.

They said they are, of course, interested in what the candidates have to say in the debate as far as policy and where they plan to take America if they are voted into office.

But as far the as the state questions, there are a few things both sides seem to agree on.

When it come state question 779, the penny sales tax increase to help fund teacher pay raises, it seems both side agree teachers need raises, but how the raises come about is the problem.

"Once you start that penny sales tax it's just like anything else that has to do with tax or a fee that  once something passed after several years it'll start bumping it up a little bit more," said Tulsa Republican Club member John Remington.

Members of the Tulsa Young Democrats weighed in on the issue.

"That's a very difficult question," said Robert Goins, a member of the Tulsa Young Democrats. "I think that people on both sides of the political aisle or even people with no political position will have a lot of differing opinions on that questions."

Here are the State Questions that will appear on the ballot November 8:

*State Question 776 - Execution in Constitution

*State Question 777 - Right to Farm

*State Question 779- Penny sales tax

*State Question 780 - Reclassification of crimes

*State Question 781 - (contingent upon SQ 780)

*State Question 790 - State money for religious purpose

*State Question 792 - Beer and Wine sales
