Broken Arrow Police arrested a Tulsa man on a DUI complaint after he repeatedly tells an officer he's intoxicated during a traffic stop Wednesday.

In their report, an officer said he stopped Thaimes Baker, 22, for driving erratically.  Police said Baker admitted not once, but twice, "I am intoxicated."  After giving Baker a field sobriety test, Baker was placing in handcuffs.

Police said that was when another driver pulled up and said Baker's car had hit his car just before the traffic stop.

Police booked Thaimes Baker into the Tulsa County jail not only for a complaint of DUI, but also for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, transporting an open container and failure to stop for a red light.

Jail records show Baker has a court appearance set for October 5.
