News On 6 Storm Tracker Lands Prestigious Photography Gig

News On 6 Storm Tracker Von Castor will be shooting still photos of something much less dangerous than but just as exciting as Oklahoma storms next week. 

He'll be taking pictures at the Ryder Cup golf tournament.

Von has been working as a professional photographer for about six years. In that time he's shot LPGA events, college football and college tennis.

"My kids playing sports and storm tracking got me into photography," he said.

This is the first time he's ever shot the Ryder Cup. He's very excited to be photographing some of the biggest names in golf.

The U.S. team will play Europe in the Ryder Cup at the Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota.

Play begins on September 30, 2016.
