Quick Response Ends Tulsa Apartment Fire

About eight fire trucks responded to an apartment fire at 41st and 109th East Avenue around 8:40 Tuesday morning in Tulsa. Firefighters got to the Silver Creek Apartments so quickly, they were able to contain the damage to one vacant unit.

An investigator will determine how the fire started. Firefighters on the scene said the apartment had some remodeling equipment inside.

There was no smoke or water damage to surrounding units, firefighters said.

No one was hurt.
