Rogers County prosecutors charged a Claremore firefighter Friday with Endeavoring To Cause Serious Injury Or Death.

Kyle Stephens, 25, was arrested on August 13th after police said he cut all four brake lines on his ex-girlfriend's car.

The woman told police she had been in a relationship with Stephens and said he had started acting jealous and harassing her over her new boyfriend.

During a court hearing Friday, Stephens entered a not guilty plea and a judge set his next court appearance for October 19th.
