Developers gave an update Friday on the latest phase of the development in Broken Arrow's Rose District.
They say they're ready to start additional projects, including more housing.
Developers say they want to make everyone feel like Broken Arrow is the right place to live.
"We are going to be able to attract folks of all income levels to come and live in a great area called the Rose District," said Broken Arrow city manager Michael Spurgeon.
