OHP Identifies Woman Killed In Wagoner County Hit And Run

Oklahoma Highway patrol troopers have identified the woman killed in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday morning in Wagoner County. Troopers said April Lee Edwards died around 3:24 a.m. on Highway 51 about a mile east of Wagoner.

Edwards, a 34-year-old Wagoner resident, was walking along the highway when she was hit by an unknown vehicle. Wagoner EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.

A collision report indicates troopers don't know who hit her or what kind of vehicle the person was driving.
