The man Tulsa police say repeatedly hit his 6-year-old daughter with special-needs in the face has been charged.
Court records show Raymond Marlow has been charged with one count of child abuse by injury.

A week ago, officers arrested Marlow near 61st and Peoria.
At the time, police told News On 6 that Marlow admitted getting frustrated with his daughter when she wouldn't listen and was trying to discipline her.
