There will be no charges and no suspension for Oklahoma cornerback Jordan Thomas.
Sooner Scoop reported that OU got the legal news Thursday night.
Police arrested Thomas back in June after a bar fight on assault and public intoxication complaints.

Last year, he missed a quarter of the season opener and the entire Tulsa game.
The Sooners need Thomas against Houston in the team's season opener, but there is depth at the position.
"It's not just about who's behind J.T.,” said OU defensive backs coach Kerry Cooks. “P.J. is playing well, Dakota's having a great camp, so the competition at that position is really, really good right now. They're all battling. They're not just battling for ones and twos, but for playing time."
