Lawsuit Filed On Behalf Of Student Injured After TPS Bus Crash

A student injured in a school bus accident is suing Tulsa Public Schools.

The accident happened in April of 25. The school bus ran off Highway 75 then overturned.

Video from inside the bus shows the driver screaming as the bus fishtailed and drove over a guardrail.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of student Patrick Harvey. It claims the driver was negligent by driving too fast.
