A water break left many households without water in Rogers County. Rural Water District No. 3 manager said water has been diverted from another line. Customers should find their water back on as of about 3 p.m., but pressure won't be back to normal until about 6:30 p.m.

The break ended up being smaller than they previously thought. It is to a 6-inch line, not a 12-inch line, located at 177th East Avenue and 96th Street North.

Sixteen additions were without water for several hours, a spokesperson said.

Those additions included: Village II and III, L&M Homes, Scissortail, Chaparral Estates, Chaparral Tracts, Whispering Hills, Morgan Acres, Hoffman Acres, Rolling Meadows, Rolling Meadows Extended, Sunrise, Eastwood Lakes, Stonebridge II, Ranch Acres I and Clearbrook.
