Motorcyclist Injured In Owasso Rush Hour Wreck

A motorcyclist has been taken to the hospital after a crash on southbound Highway 169 at 76th Street North. Traffic was diverted at 86th Street North for about an hour.

Owasso police, fire and ambulance services responded to the rush hour wreck which caused a massive backup.

Osage SkyNews 6 HD first flew over the wreck around 7:20 a.m. as police investigated. They reopened the highway to traffic around 8:20 a.m.

The motorcyclist was transported in serious condition, according to Owasso Police Lieutenant Nick Boatman. He said the motorcyclist rear ended another vehicle that was slowing for construction.
