Tulsa police said an infant found to have 0.19 blood alcohol content after being fed apple vodka mixed with formula Saturday is in good condition. The baby's mother, 36-year-old Monique Shawnte Bibbs, is being held on a $50,000 bond for child neglect.

Bibbs used the vodka to make a bottle for the baby the morning after a night out at a bar with a friend.

The little girl drank about half of an 8-ounce bottle Saturday morning, then stopped taking it. Police say when Bibbs burped the baby she noticed the smell of alcohol.

At the time, police say Bibbs was at her friend's apartment about a mile from St. Francis Hospital, but she took her child to her home in west Tulsa instead, asking the child's father for help - but he refused, according to police.

Bibbs then took her daughter to the hospital after police say she washed out the baby bottle.

Court records show she has a history of substance abuse.
