Louisiana Prison Escapee Arrested In Sapulpa

Louisiana authorities say an inmate who escaped from the Madison Parish correctional facility in late June has been arrested in Sapulpa.

Wilson Bryant, 38, is being held in the Creek County jail awaiting extradition.

The Madison Parish Sheriff's Office says Bryant was one of two inmates who escaped from their jail on June 29.  The other inmate, Alex Baham, 41, was arrested the next day in Mississippi.

U.S. Marshals located Wilson Bryant in Sapulpa Friday morning. 

Authorities say Bryant was serving a 15 year sentence for manslaughter.
