Osage SkyNews 6 HD captured some interesting clouds as they moved over downtown Tulsa Friday morning.
"A thunderstorm gust front and outflow boundary moved across part of northern OK and the Tulsa metro this morning," said News On 6 Meteorologist Alan Crone. "These clouds, commonly called shelf clouds, were associated with storms northwest of the metro."
"As this boundary passed the Tulsa area, storms eventually developed along and behind the boundary across northern Okmulgee and southern Tulsa counties," Crone said.
