Tulsans Experience Power Outage In Afternoon Thunderstorm

According to PSO, about 15,000 customers were without power about 6 p.m. on Thursday during afternoon thunderstorms.

A spokesperson said the outages are mostly in south Tulsa, from about 61st to 81st Streets and approximately Sheridan to Garnett.

Tulsa and Creek counties were under a severe thunderstorm warning until 6:45 p.m.
