Two people were flown to a Tulsa hospital Friday after an ATV crash in LeFlore County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the 5:30 p.m. crash happened on a county road south of Bokoshe.

The OHP says Gerald Dimick, 45, of Stigler and his passenger, Miranda Dod, 23, of Howe were northbound when their 2008 Suzuki ATV went off the road and rolled over three times. The report states helmets were not in use at the time of the crash.

The trooper's report cited unsafe speed as the cause of the crash.

The OHP says Dimick remains in the hospital, but Dod was treated and released.
