OG&E workers have removed power lines from a semi truck that crashed on Highway 75 south of Glenpool early Friday.
Police say the truck was headed south on 75 when a tire blew, causing it to go off the highway, hit a fence and snap a power pole. Power lines fell on the truck, trapping the driver inside the cab.
Glenpool officers say the driver did a good job of making sure the semi didn't rollover or block traffic on the highway.
Police did close a southbound lane of Highway 75 briefly so a tow truck could remove the semi.
OG&E reports no outages due to the incident.
