Oklahoma City Police have ended a standoff at a home of a 21-year-old man charged with a 2013 Tulsa murder. No one has been arrested after the 9-hour standoff.

News On 6 has learned William Proctor, who was charged Tuesday in the shooting death of Kendall Austin in 2013, was thought to be in the home.

OKC Police surrounded a home in the 3000 block of Pioneer Avenue after they attempted to serve an arrest warrant for Proctor. The department's bomb squad and Special Operations Team have also been on scene.

Police went to serve the first-degree murder warrant and heard someone moving around in the home. They made access to the home with a robot and since learned the home is empty.

They believe the noise was made by dogs.

Austin, 23, was killed October 1, 2013, in the 5000 block of South 36th West Avenue. Tulsa Police say someone in an SUV shot Austin several times. He was pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital a short time later.

A second man charged with Austin's murder, Laron Tucker, 36, of Bristow is in the Tulsa County jail awaiting trial.
