Four teens were hurt and a man arrested for DUI after a boat crashed into a breakwater wall on Lake Keystone Wednesday night.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report released Thursday morning, 39-year-old Aaron Hux was driving a 25-foot Four Winn boat when it struck a concrete wall just north of Pier 51 Marina.

The impact knocked three 15-year-old girls off the boat. They were treated and released at a Tulsa hospital. A fourth 15-year-old girl refused treatment at the scene. The OHP said all five people are from Sand Springs.

Troopers booked Hux on a complaint of driving under the influence, first offense. He blew a .28 BAC on the breathalyzer which is more than three times the legal limit, according to the OHP.

An arrest report states he told troopers he wasn't paying attention. The report states Hux smelled strongly of alcohol and was very unsteady on his feet.

They say he put the teens - one of them his daughter - at risk.

"We're working a drowning up at Skiatook right now, so this could have been four or five," said Trooper Ricky Humdy, OHP.

Troopers said the boat was equipment with life jackets but no one was wearing them.
