Tulsa Public Schools To Hire 52 Teachers Before School Starts

Tulsa Public Schools needs to hire 52 teachers before the school year begins August 22nd.

Superintendent Dr. Deborah Gist said despite state education budget cuts, the district needs to hire math, science and special ed. Teachers.

TPS is having a hiring fair Thursday July 7 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The hiring fair will be at the Wilson Teaching and Learning Center near 11th and Delaware.
