Police Release New Dashcam Video In TPD Chase

We received a new look at the Tulsa police chase that ended with an officer shooting and killing a suspected truck thief.

Police car dash cam video released Thursday is from the police car trailing the pickup Russell Rosser, 43, was driving during the 20-minute long chase.

At this point -- the pickup had already slammed into two police cars -- and Sergeant Stephen Stoltz was about to put down stop sticks. 

Rosser crashed after swerving toward TPD Sergeant Stephen Stoltz, who shot and killed him.
