Felix Jones and Robert Meachem have put together a football camp, and in recent years, they've had more players who've made it out of the area come back to help at the alma mater.
Jones and Meachem hosted the day camp for life skills at Booker T. Washington on Saturday.
This is the eighth year of the camp and among the names who attended are Calvin Barnett and Seattle Seahawks receiver Tyler Lockett.
Jones says it's a dream to have people come back to help.
"Having them come back is just a blessing,” Jones said. “It shows that what I wanted to do is working. It inspires them to make them come back and do the same for the next kid."
Tyler Lockett added, "A lot of kids from Tulsa can go out there and be able to see that they can go out there and accomplish a lot of things in life because they see people from the same situations that they grew up in succeeding in life."
