There's a new program starting downtown today to get young professionals engaged and excited about life in Tulsa.

"Love the 9-1-8" is a free, four-part series for any intern or college student working in the Tulsa area this summer.

The first part, focusing on local music, is Wednesday night at 5 p.m. at 36 Degrees North at  the corner of Cameron and Main.

Other topics being covered throughout the summer will include dining, working and living in Tulsa.

It's all part of a joint initiative by the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Tulsa Young Professionals, Project Boomerang and 36 Degrees North.

For more information visit the 36 Degrees North web site.
