Former Union Band Director Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography Charge

A former Union band director pleaded guilty Tuesday to receiving child pornography, according to United States Attorney Danny Williams.

Wilson, 32, admitted he received explicit photos from a 12-year-old girl from October 2014 to December 2014, the US Attorney said.

If the federal judge accepts the plea agreement, Wilson will be sentenced to 13 years in prison and a term of 20 years of supervised release following his release.
