Firefighters say the lack of a nearby fire hydrant made it tougher to fight a fire at a Sand Springs home.

The fire department got the call just after 2:30 a.m. to the structure in the 1700 block of South 78th West Avenue.

Firefighters had to use a truck to shuttle water to the scene.

Investigators are trying to determine what started a fire.  No one was injured.
