Suspect, Victim Identified In Tulsa Murder

Tulsa Police identified the victim and the suspect in a murder that happened over the weekend.

Police said the victim was Michael Fisher, 42. They identify the suspect as Jason Anthony, 40, also known as "Shaky."

The shooting happened at the Woodland Hills Apartments at 8626 East 67th Street on Saturday, May 14, 2016.

Police said a 40-year-old woman was shot in the neck but they expected her to survive.

Sergeant Dave Walker said Fisher was a resident of the complex but the murder happened in a different apartment.  He said it appears Fisher allowed  Anthony to stay at his apartment. According to Walker, Anthony is a drug dealer and it appears the murder stems from a dispute over stolen drugs or money.

Tulsa Police are still looking for Anthony and said they believe he is armed and a threat to others.

"The standard warning for anyone giving Anthony aid and comfort is given that those thwarting our efforts to arrest Anthony may be subject to arrest," Walker said.
