Tulsa Man Arrested, Suspected Of Stealing Truck

Tulsa Police say they were able to recover two suspected stolen vehicles at one QuikTrip near Pine and Mingo. One person is in jail.

Police arrested Roy Foote Jr. who is suspected of driving a stolen truck. He was booked on complaints of having a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia.

Officers say Foote was in a truck that had been stolen from a Ditch Witch location a while ago along with a trailer, but they didn't recover the trailer .
He told authorities he bought it off of someone.

Police say Foote had what are called jig keys, and an Internet search showed they can be used to pick locks. He said he uses those keys for work.

Officers arrested him. Court records show he has previous felony convictions.

Police also had a car towed that they have reason to believe was stolen. They're still investigating that and didn't arrest the man who was with the car.
