Police believe a medical issue and not wearing a seat belt led to a deadly Tulsa crash Wednesday evening.
Officers said a car-SUV crash at 11th and 73rd East Avenue happened just after 6:15 p.m.
Police said a 74-year-old man was driving west on 11th when his car ran a red light and hit a southbound SUV. The impact knocked the SUV onto its side.
The unidentified man was pronounced at the hospital.
The driver of the car, who police say was wearing his seat belt was not injured.
