Washington County Deputies Investigating Remains Found Near Ramona

Washington County deputies are investigating after remains were found between Ramona and Vera Wednesday evening.

According to deputies, a surveyor called in saying he possibly found human remains along 4000 Road.

When investigators arrived, they found mostly bones and were unable to confirm if the remains were human.

The medical examiner has been called in and will make that determination.
