Miss Senior Oklahoma Pageant Contestants Recognized

The Miss Senior Oklahoma Pageant was held over the weekend, and two of News On 6's own took part. Dick Faurot served as a celebrity judge, and Mike Grogan was a celebrity escort.

Mike escorted Mary Ann Rusco who tied for the Adult Day Care Services with June Thompson.

There were four categories up for grabs in all.

You might remember Lynette Danskin, she was a guest here on the noon show a few weeks ago to tell us about the pageant. She won the Independent Living category.

Randy Thompson won Assisted Living, and 102-year-old Virginia Nelson was the winner for Long-Term Care.

Each contestant was recognized and gave a short talk about some of their life experiences.
